To prevent confusion with other audio products in the market, please follow these naming conventions when referencing CLRaudio™ and our plugin concepts.

PREFERRED USAGE

Use “CLR-PINK™ by CLRaudio™”

Always pair the hyphenated product code name (CLR-PINK™, CLR-BLUE™, CLR-ORANGE™) with the parent brand endorsement (by CLRaudio™) on first mention.

AVOID STANDALONE COLOR NAMES

Do not refer to the plugin simply as “Pink”

Because third-party audio developers have released unrelated tools using the standalone word “Pink,” always include the CLR- prefix (CLR-PINK™) to clearly identify the source.

TRADEMARK SYMBOLS & ENTITY

Use ™ (not ®) prior to registration

Use the ™ symbol with CLRaudio™ and CLR-PINK™. Do not use the federal registration symbol (®) unless and until a U.S. federal registration is issued. Attribution: “CLRaudio™ and CLR-PINK™ are trademarks of Four Media Group LLC.”
